I’ve been a professional Reflexologist since 2016. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my patients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.

As a trained reflexologist, I have seen the immense benefits that reflexology can bring to both physical and mental health. While a single session can be helpful, I find that the most significant benefits come with regular sessions, as we work together to address your specific needs. Duopody Reflexology training

True reflexology requires study, and I have completed over two years of extensive training. I am fully accredited to provide my clients with the expert care they deserve. Unlike hotel or spa treatments, our services are focused on improving your overall health and wellness with specific health needs in mind, not just providing a temporary transient escape.

I would advise any clients booking reflexology to ensure the chosen practitioner has meaningful qualifications (HND level 5 at minimum). All reflexologists should be dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality healthcare services available

Pharma and Lifesciences industry

Sept 1999 - March 2018

Before Reflexology, my 20 year career was spent working within the healthcare, life science, and pharmaceutical industry. I became very familiar with many disease areas and treatments.

Over that period my interest in alternative therapies built, and a realisation that modern medicine does not have all of the answers. Moreover, across many ancient cultures of the world - other therapies had an impact that modern western medicine is only just acknowledging today.
